Products Warranty

You benefit from the guarantees only to the extent that the products were purchased directly from the Website.

You benefit from the following legal guarantees:

The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code),

If your products are non-compliant (for example if they do not correspond to the description given on the site or to your order), you have a period of two years from the delivery of the good to contact our Customer Service by email via the contact form, and return non-compliant products to us. We will then send you replacement products, when these are available. If we are unable to replace nonconforming products within thirty (30) days, you may:

request a full refund of non-compliant products or

keep non-compliant products and ask us to reduce part of the price, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

You are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the product during the six (6) months following delivery of the goods. This period will be extended to twenty-four (24) months from March 18, 2016.

This legal guarantee of conformity applies regardless of any commercial guarantee possibly taken out and of the nature of the product.

The legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). If you manage to prove a hidden defect in a product, we are legally bound to repair all the consequences of such a hidden defect (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). You can then choose between canceling the sale or reducing the price (in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code).

In the event of a product replacement or refund, we bear your cost of returning the products.
