1. We deliver our products worldwide. Delivery will be made, at your choice, by post to the address you gave us when placing your order.

2. Estimated delivery times are: two (2) to four (4) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the sending of the Delivery Email.

The lead time may be slightly longer when products need to be delivered depending on the country. We will make our best efforts to deliver the ordered products within the time indicated in the Delivery Email.

3. Even if we do our utmost to deliver your products within the deadlines defined above, delivery dates are only estimates, they are not guaranteed, and they cannot be invoked against us. However, the maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Delivery Email is guaranteed.

4. In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery time initially planned and indicated in the Delivery Email, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating at the same time a new estimated delivery time, without incurring any costs. responsibility towards you, it being specified, however, that you may cancel your order if the total delivery time exceeds thirty (30) days. To cancel your order, you must send us an email via the contact form https://moovride.com/fr/contact-us. We will then recredit the bank card or Paypal account used to place the order, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the email notifying its cancellation. After such a period of fourteen (14) days, the amount of the order will be increased by:

  10%, if the refund takes place between the 15th and 30th day following the cancellation request;

  20% if the refund takes place between the 31st and 60th day following the cancellation request;

  50% if reimbursement takes place after the 61st day.

5. If you have not received your order within the deadlines indicated, we thank you for first checking with the agents at your post office that they are not holding your package. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. All delivery times may be subject to delays due to seasonal or busy periods, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to get your order to you within the times indicated. During these exceptional periods of peak activity (e.g. sales, Christmas) or particularly unfavorable weather conditions, we would be grateful if you would give us one more day before contacting us.

Please note that the carrier will require a signature upon delivery and will not release the products to you without a signature.

6. If you order many products, we may have to deliver your products in installments. If it is necessary to make more than one delivery, you will be informed in advance.

7. We draw your attention to the need, upon receipt of your package, to check its general condition. You will be responsible for the package and its contents once it has been delivered to you. In the event of a problem (open package, empty package, damaged contents), you must refuse the package and contact our Customer Service to report the problem and the reason for refusal. We inform you that in the event of a shortage without reservation, Moovride cannot be held responsible and we cannot guarantee a refund.

8. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you indicated when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

Prices and shipping costs

1. All prices indicated on the Website include value added tax, at the legal rate in force on the invoice date.

The prices indicated on the Website are in euros and do not include shipping costs. Despite all our efforts, it may exceptionally happen that products listed on the Website have an incorrect price. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge you the lower price and ship the product to you. If the correct price of a product is higher than the stated price, we will charge you the stated price, unless the stated price is derisory and clearly incorrect, in which case we will contact you for your instructions, or we will cancel your order and will inform you of this cancellation.

Our shipping costs are as follows:

  DHL/Chronopost delivery: €15 free from €199 purchase (Europe Zone)

  Delivery outside Europe: the site tells you the value when purchasing, including your full address.

2. We reserve the right to add additional charges for deliveries to certain areas with difficult access. If there are additional charges for your order, you will be informed during the “Proceed to Payment” step before placing your order.

Right to retract

1. You can only return products to us that were purchased directly from the Website. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which have not been returned in compliance with the stipulations provided for in this article 9 and we may request payment of transport costs for the return of each goods to the place of delivery indicated. .

2. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products or wish to cancel your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order, and you will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions of this article, provided:

a- that the products are returned in packaging allowing their transport to the address mentioned on the return slip included in your package,

b- that the products are in their initial condition with the label attached to the product, without having been damaged, stained, washed, modified or worn (with the exception of trying on), attaching the original packaging and all accessories relating to the products, such as packaging or instructions for use, as well as the original invoice. If the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, this period is extended until the following working day.

When the order is placed on the site www.moovride.com, requests for withdrawal, whatever the delivery method, must all be sent to us by any means of your choice explicitly expressing your desire to withdraw.

For any purchase made on the site www.Moovride.com must be, at the customer's choice:

- either return your package by post to our warehouse:

  - by making your return declaration via your customer account “my orders and web returns” on the Moovride website: www.Moovride.com

  - or by making your return declaration via the shipping email for your order indicating “make my return”.

3. In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-24 of the Consumer Code, we will reimburse the price of the products in your order as well as any delivery costs, by recrediting the means of payment used during your initial order. We will make this reimbursement as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the goods that you have returned to us.

If we fail to reimburse within this period, the sums we owe you will accrue interest under the following conditions:

  10 days after the deadline expires: legal interest rate;

  10-20 days late: 5% interest rate;

  20-30 days late: 10% interest rate;

  30-60 days late: 20% interest rate;

  60-90 days late: 50% interest rate;

  Beyond 90 days: 5 additional points per new month of delay.

4. We ask that you take care of the products while they are in your possession and return them to us at the address indicated herein (depending on the delivery or collection method selected), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen (14) days following the exercise of your right of withdrawal. Please note that if you do not take care of the products, or if you do not return them to us in accordance with the conditions provided for in this article, you will not be able to claim a refund for the products.
