1- Scope and definitions

1. These General Conditions of Sale (the “CGV”) apply as soon as you access the Moovride Online Store www.moovride.com (the “Website”) or place orders to purchase one or more products presented on the Website or presented remotely by telephone or videoconference by one of our advisors. However, these General Terms and Conditions do not apply to any purchase of products in the Moovride Boutique via a touchscreen tablet used or made available by our sellers.

2. Any reference to “we” or “our” in the context of these General Terms and Conditions refers to the company ZoeMoov and any reference to “you” or “your” refers to you, as a user of the Website or our ordering service. by telephone.

3. We thank you for reading these General Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website and placing your order. By accessing any part of the Website or ordering products on the Website or by telephone, you agree to be subject to these T&Cs.

2 - Our contract

1. All products offered for sale on the Website are subject to availability.

Once finalized, your order constitutes acceptance of our offer, which means that you confirm that you wish to purchase our products as described on the Website, by telephone or videoconference, that you accept the price offered and that you acknowledge that placing this order implies a payment obligation on your part. ORDER CONFIRMATION

5 - Delivery of products

1. We deliver our products worldwide. Delivery will be made, at your choice, by post to the address you gave us when placing your order.

2. Estimated delivery times are: two (2) to four (4) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) from the sending of the Delivery Email.

The lead time may be slightly longer when products need to be delivered depending on the country. We will make our best efforts to deliver the ordered products within the time indicated in the Delivery Email.

3. Even if we do our utmost to deliver your products within the deadlines defined above, delivery dates are only estimates, they are not guaranteed, and they cannot be invoked against us. However, the maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Delivery Email is guaranteed.

4. In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery time initially planned and indicated in the Delivery Email, we will inform you as soon as possible, indicating at the same time a new estimated delivery time, without incurring any costs. responsibility towards you, it being specified, however, that you may cancel your order if the total delivery time exceeds thirty (30) days.   50% if reimbursement takes place after the 61st day.

5. If you have not received your order within the deadlines indicated, we thank you for first checking with the agents at your post office that they are not holding your package. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. All delivery times may be subject to delays due to seasonal or busy periods, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to get your order to you within the times indicated. During these exceptional periods of peak activity (e.g. sales, Christmas) or particularly unfavorable weather conditions, we would be grateful if you would give us one more day before contacting us.

Please note that the carrier will require a signature upon delivery and will not release the products to you without a signature.

6. If you order many products, we may have to deliver your products in installments. If it is necessary to make more than one delivery, you will be informed in advance.

6 - Prices and shipping costs

1. All prices indicated on the Website include value added tax, at the legal rate in force on the invoice date.

The prices indicated on the Website are in euros and do not include shipping costs. Despite all our efforts, it may exceptionally happen that products listed on the Website have an incorrect price. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge you the lower price and ship the product to you. Our shipping costs are as follows:

  DHL/Chronopost delivery: €15 free from €199 purchase (Europe Zone)

7 - Payment and non-payment

3. In accordance with the provisions of article L 221-24 of the Consumer Code, we will reimburse the price of the products in your order as well as any delivery costs, by recrediting the means of payment used during your initial order. We will make this reimbursement as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the goods that you have returned to us.

If we fail to reimburse within this period, the sums we owe you will accrue interest under the following conditions:

  10 days after the deadline expires: legal interest rate;

  10-20 days late: 5% interest rate;

  20-30 days late: 10% interest rate;

  30-60 days late: 20% interest rate;

  60-90 days late: 50% interest rate;
